  • Where Can I Find The Rule About Font Size For A Lawsuit In Federal Court

I did a search and found Rule 32 but that's for Appellate Court,
    https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frap/rule_32

Where can I find the rules for font size, font type, spacing, including the type of paper to use on this website for Federal Court?

Hi. The "local rules" (as they are sometimes called) for the District Courts can usually be found on that court's website. Since I do not know which jurisdiction you are looking for with specificity, I can give you an example: the District Court for the District of New Jersey has local rules that can be found here, and Rule 7.2(d) on page 30 of that document details the style preferences of that court.

Let me know if you would like assistance finding your local rules.
